Part of the great work carried out during the last complicated year: the first batch of #Barbera d’Asti Bricco Garitta 2013 is going to be bottled on Tuesday, five months earlier than usual in recent years.

This is because the wine has easily reached a great balance between fruit and freshness, side d by a surprising savoury element.

It really is true that every year and, consequently, every wine, has a different story, life and evolution.

This is why we have to observe, taste and imagine the final wine, as it will be in the bottle.

Bricco Garitta 2013 is going to be bottled with 13.76 % alcohol, 6.20 g/l total acidity, 3.55 pH and an extract of approximately 30.20, making it a Barbera destined to surprise us in terms of evolution and cellar life.
